Paddle handles billing
Paddle.com processes payments, invoices, taxes, and refunds for E-Signature as Merchant of Record. Paddle support may assist with payment and transaction questions.
Requesting a refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase through the billing support contact or by contacting Paddle support with your transaction details. Requests are reviewed under applicable law and Paddle's policies.
Pack duration
Pro packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Access remains available until the purchased duration ends, and later purchases may stack after the current expiry.
Digital service acknowledgement
Because the digital service is delivered instantly, the statutory right of withdrawal is waived upon purchase as acknowledged at checkout, where this waiver is permitted by applicable law.
Abuse and fraud
Refunds may be refused for abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, or other violations of our Terms of Service. This does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
