Service operator
These terms are provided by E-Signature.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using E-Signature, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
E-Signature lets you upload a PDF into your browser, draw, type, or upload a signature, place signing elements, and download a finished PDF. Documents are processed locally in your browser and are never uploaded or stored on our servers. We store only account, usage, and billing and access metadata.
Accounts
Provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for notifying the service administrator through the support contact if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass signing limits, probe security controls, or access another user's account or data.
One-time prepaid purchases and licensing
All plans available on E-Signature are strictly one-time, prepaid purchases billed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. There are no recurring charges and no automatic renewals. When your purchased access duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) expires, access to premium features ceases unless you choose to make a new manual purchase. Each plan is licensed per active workstation (1 device or 2 devices depending on the plan selected). Signers and recipients who review or sign documents sent by you do not require a paid license.
Service provided as-is
The service is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free PDF output, compatibility with every PDF, or that the service will meet every particular requirement. You should review downloaded documents before relying on them.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Signature is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse limits, create security risk, or engage in fraud. You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting us.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service changes. These terms are governed by the laws of applicable digital signature regulations (ESIGN/eIDAS), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
