E-Signature

Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using E-Signature, a browser-based PDF signing service.

Service operator

The legal operator name is configured through the deployment before launch.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using E-Signature, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

E-Signature lets you upload a PDF into your browser, draw, type, or upload a signature, place signing elements, and download a finished PDF. Documents are processed locally in your browser and are never uploaded or stored on our servers. We store only account, usage, and billing and access metadata.

Accounts

Provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for notifying the service administrator through the support contact if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass signing limits, probe security controls, or access another user's account or data.

One-time access packs and limits

Pro access packs are one-time purchases billed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payments, invoices, taxes, and refunds. A pack grants access for its stated duration, does not renew automatically, and a new purchase may extend access after the later of the current expiry or the purchase time. Lifetime signing limits are assigned per account and may be adjusted by an administrator for abuse, support, or operational reasons.

Service provided as-is

The service is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free PDF output, compatibility with every PDF, or that the service will meet every particular requirement. You should review downloaded documents before relying on them.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Signature is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse limits, create security risk, or engage in fraud. You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting us.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service changes. The governing law and venue are configured through the deployment before launch. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
